If it reads:

• Now Available for Delivery WorldWide!, then the publisher will gladly ship subscriptions to almost every country on earth. Be sure to choose the appropriate price. If you are ordering from Canada, either choose the Canadian price, signified by the Canadian flag , or the International price which can be recognized by the UN Flag . All Canadian prices include GST, but please realize that ALL orders to be delivered outside the USA are considered International. Occasionally, there are special prices for certain magazines to be delivered outside the USA. Please choose the price designated by the appropriate flag.
  
  Subscriptions to be mailed to Puerto Rico are priced as US orders.

• If the description of the magazine reads: Available for Delivery to US and Canadian Addresses Only at this time. or Available for Delivery to US Addresses Only at this time, then the magazine is only available for subscription to addresses in the United States and it's possessions, or the US and Canada.

• Orders for Guam, Puerto Rico, The US Outlying Islands, The US Virgin Islands and all APO or FPO or other military addresses are all available at the US rate.
